Data communication within/between buildings via PLC communication.

The power lines between buildings are 6600V! Stable communication is achieved through a 200V PLC.

Communication within the building can be mixed using Ethernet and RS485 via PLC. The power lines between buildings are at 6600V, and due to regulatory restrictions, PLC communication is not possible. Therefore, we connect Wi-Fi to the PLC for communication. The distance between the 1st and 9th floors of Building 1 is approximately 20 meters. The PLCs on the 1st and 9th floors of Building 1 are out of phase, but stable communication is achieved by routing through a 200V PLC. 【Advantages of HD PLC Standards】 ■ Stable communication possible with wired connections ■ No need for new communication wiring work ■ High communication speed ■ One-touch setup allows easy installation even for light users ■ Capable of supplying higher current and voltage than Ethernet PoE *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Example of PLC Communication Utilization: "Network System for Buildings and Facilities"

Achieving a wide area network! Here are examples of utilizing HD-PLC, which enables high-speed communication with high reliability.

We would like to introduce examples of utilizing PLC communication in network systems for buildings and facilities that we propose. By combining power lines/dedicated lines and wireless communication within existing buildings, we can achieve a wide area network. This significantly reduces the installation costs for communication wiring for lighting and air conditioning control systems, various sensor monitoring, and surveillance cameras, thereby promoting the introduction of systems into existing buildings. Additionally, there are two types of PLC communication standards: "low-speed PLC," which superimposes low-frequency signals (up to 450 KHz), and "high-speed PLC," which superimposes high-frequency signals (2 to 28 MHz). "HD-PLC," classified as high-speed PLC, contributes to our customers' IoT, EMS, and Automation services due to its characteristics. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
